Hi everyone! I’m looking for a housemate starting from January 1st, 2026. The basic rent is €307,50 excluding utilities, and you’ll be sharing the house with two other housemates. We have a spacious living room & kitchen, and the bathroom was remodeled this summer, so super modern! The location is very convenient, it’s about 10 minutes by bike to the city center and UT, and only 1 minute on foot to Dirk and Albert Heijn. Registration is possible.The room is technically unfurnished, but we can negotiate which furniture you’d like to keep :) I personally preferred having a more spacious room, so I used a folding bed, but the room also easily fits a double-size bed.If you’re interested, feel free to send me a message and we can arrange a viewing
