The house is fully furnished , with a living room, kitchen, laundry room, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom and a garden with a locked gate to park your bicycle.The bedroom is also furnished (the PC setup and second desk in the picture are not included).Rent covers gas, water and internet.My housemate is leaving by the end of September, so currently looking for new housemates to take up the spare bedrooms. I am an Advanced Technology student studying at the UT. The atmosphere of the house has always been chill and easygoing, where we cook dinner together from time to time.Looking for any nationality background.House viewing can be arranged.
