The room is furnished and is naturally bright. The kitchen is clean and is shared along with the bathroom and laundry room with 4 other people. The house also has a small terrace on the roof. The rent is € 516 p/m (electricity, water, heating, WiFi + LAN included) with 1 month’s rent deposit that is returned at the end. Registration is not possible. All students are welcome irrespective of nationality or gender.
