Greetings, temporarily homeless person,A room will become available in our lovely house from November 1st, 2025. It’s about 12 m² and costs €420/month (including utilities). The room is on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden. The bed, table, chair and wardrobe seen in the pictures will be left in the room. It’s about a 2-minute bike ride to Saxion, 5 minutes to the station, and around 15 minutes to the university. About the house:The place is a student house currently home to 7 (soon 8) inhabitants. Downstairs, we’ve got a small kitchen, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with another toilet and two showers. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer. Outside, there’s a decent-sized garden and a shed, which we share with our neighbors (also a super fun student house).About life in the house:With eight of us, we’ve got a chill atmosphere, everything’s allowed, nothing’s mandatory. We regularly do fun stuff together, no pressure, but always good vibes. That could be a movie night, dinner together, or a house evening.
