Hello everyone, We are looking for a new roommate in our girls house, so girls only. The room will be free from 01-05-2024 and is situated on the groundfloor. The roomsize is around 12m2 and has a build-in closet of 2 m2. The room also has two big doors to the garden that can be opens. The price would be 245€, you will pay around 12€ each month for internet. We have a big garden to sit outside in the summer, saxion is 5 minutes biking, the city center/station also 5 minutes, UT 15/20 minutes and the Jumbo supermarket is a 1 minute walk. We like to eat dinner with the people who are home and like to join. There are no obligations except the cleaning scedule. As a house we share the kitchen, toilet and bathroom with the four of us. We are a easy going house and everyone likes to do their own thing. Nevertheless we like to go for bowling and dinner or have a nice creative evening. There is a possibility to take over all the furniture seen on the pictures.
