Hi all, I'm looking for a new roommate. You can move in from 15th of June. The apartment is located in the Boswinkel neighborhood. Jumbo is a 5 minute walk away and so is the bus stop for line 1. Cycling to the station takes around 10 minutes. The rent is 650 inclusive (500 base + 150 for bills and taxes). The deposit is 500 euros. You'll also have to buy the furniture from my current roommate. This includes a bed with mattress, a desk with a chair, a bookcase and a nightstand. (He wants 150 for it, but is open to negotiate). The room has a private balcony and a built in wardrobe. We'll share the kitchen, living room, home office, bathroom and toilet.The kitchen has an induction hob, fridge/freezer combo and an oven. There's plenty of storage space. The 3rd bedroom is used as a home office that we'll share. I work from home 3 days a week. A bit about me. I'm 26, from Bulgaria. Working full-time as a Unity dev.
